ICOMOS-Nigeria President, Mr Aliyu Lass Abdu, was invited by the Cameroonian government to participate in the ICOMOS evaluation mission of the nomination for the cultural landscape of Diy Gid Biy of the Mandara Mountains (extension of the Sukur Cultural Landscape World Heritage Site), which took place from 11-18 September 2022.

During this mission, he met and briefed colleagues on the progress and development of ICOMOS-Nigeria’s activities.
